Special Programs

Saundra served the Albuquerque and surrounding area communities and school districts for over 30 years as an Occupational Therapist. Her dynamic, compassionate soul brought joy and laughter everywhere she went. She truly cared for the children she served and always thought outside the box when it came to solving any challenges she faced. One of her many passions was sharing her knowledge with future Occupational Therapists. To this end, a scholarship fund has been established to support future Occupational Therapists at the graduate level. Saundra’s family has honored her generous spirit by asking that donations be made to Bilingual Multicultural Educational Support Team (BEST), BMSI’s non-profit 501 c3 division to support this scholarship fund.
